Day 1: Flamingos and wetlands
Today is placed under the sign of nature. Just a stone’s throw from Montpellier, the Camargue opens its arms to offer us a wild interlude.
Upon our arrival in Montpellier, let’s head for Grau du Roi, the starting point of our day’s adventure. Let’s get on our electric bike, to follow the guide through the authentic landscapes of the Camargue, to witness a flight of pink flamingos and taste local products.

Accommodation : Domaine de Biar
Let’s stay for the night at the Domaine de Biar, a house full of history located in a green setting where we can hang out with the horses.
Day 2: Our mouths will water!
The Mediterranean coast has many wonders… including its gastronomy and its know-how. Take advantage of this day to taste these treasures.
This morning’s awakening is sweet… Let’s meet the horses of the domain during an equine mediation session and enjoy a moment suspended in time.
On the coast, we meet Chef Magali for a cooking workshop, during which she reveals the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine, before letting us taste the fruit of our work.
The house of Noilly Prat specializes in Vermouth. With an expert, we learn the secrets of mixology and create our own Vermouth-based cocktail.
To finish this day in a beautiful way, Florent and Sabine welcome us to the Tabouriech estate to introduce us to Ostrealogy, which is the art of tasting oysters, and to help us compare the different kinds of oysters.
Accommodation : Château des Capitouls
Let’s settle down at Château Capitoul for the night. This Art-Deco and Art Nouveau residence, perched on the top of a hill overlooking a peaceful lagoon, welcomes us in comfortable rooms with a breathtaking view.
Day 3: In vino veritas
After a morning of paddling to discover the beauty of the lagoon, get on a bike to discover the goodness of wine. Because every good thing is deserved, after the effort, the comfort!
Let’s jump into the water! After having embarked in a kayak, let’s walk in the lagoon of Sigean and discover this preserved space by being in the front row. Wonderful landscapes open up to us with each stroke of the paddle, and with a little luck the curious local fauna will come to greet us.
Let’s hop on our electric bikes in Lagrasse for a ride through the Corbières vineyards. Hugo will be our guide along this ride, which will mix sport and wine tasting.
To further enhance the pleasure of the taste buds, let’s stop at the Domaine les Cascades to taste Sylvie and Laurent’s wines and beers, which they produce in organic agriculture and permaculture, in their passion for the environment.

Nadège, Gérard and Thomas, known for their unfailing hospitality, will be happy to welcome us in the Château de Siran for the night, in a heavenly setting, surrounded by nature.
Day 4: Pleasure wine
Enjoy what nature has to offer: beautiful landscapes, and vineyards to produce wine. There is only one step between hiking and wine tasting.
Located in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the Château de Siran is at the start of several hiking trails. This morning, let’s discover the preserved nature of this park during a guided hike.
In Lézignan-Corbières, Laurence will welcome us with open arms in her estate, the Château du Grand Caumont. Rich in history, this château is the ideal destination to discover the heritage of the Corbières while tasting pleasant wines.
Accommodation : Cabanes d’Hestia
Let’s meet for the night at the Cabanes d’Hestia, in La Salvetat-sur-Agout. Anne-Sophie and Alain offer us unusual cabins, in a park of 6 hectares, allowing us to recharge our batteries and relax.
Day 5 :Free as a bird
Let’s take advantage of the activities of the Domaine to discover the surroundings: Mountain biking, Canoeing, Hiking, windsurfing, Jacuzzi and many more activities.
Accommodation : Cabanes d’Hestia
Let’s meet for the night at the Cabanes d’Hestia, in La Salvetat-sur-Agout. Anne-Sophie and Alain offer us unusual cabins, in a park of 6 hectares, allowing us to recharge our batteries and relax.
Day 6 :Treasured Plant
Don’t just leave our beautiful region without one last immersive workshop, and one last visit.
It’s time to say goodbye to Occitania with a guided tour of Toulouse: our guide will tell us about its secrets, its history, and why it’s known as the “Pink City”.
This morning, we head to Cambounet-sur-le-Sor, a small town in the Tarn, to visit the Château des Plantes. Producers of organic pastel and dyers, Gilles and his family offer us to discover a heritage that has made the wealth of the people of Toulouse. During a workshop, let’s get our hands wet and dye our own textile with this signature blue.
