Day 1: A story of sharing

The know-how of the Occitan craftsmen has only begun to surprise us… Whether it is for the pleasure of the palate or for the pleasure of the eyes, we will discover today all its secrets.

If there is such a thing as a good land for making great wines in the Languedoc, it is here! After a visit of the estate, let’s have a taste of their wines, accompanied by one of the most beautiful views of the region, at the top of the vineyards.

Let’s learn how to shape wood during a workshop with Guillaume, who will show us how to sublimate the essence of each wood to create unique and personalized objects.

Day 2: A wild beauty

Let’s go for an immersion in the Camargue! This multifaceted region will never cease to surprise us during a day rich in authenticity in a 100% Camargue spirit.

Thanks to Thierry, we will discover one of the most important Camargue traditions: the breeding of horses and bulls in semi-freedom. He will share with us his passion for his animals, and will transport us with him in the history of the Camargue.

Day 3: A breathtaking heritage

An exciting day awaits us, where the rich nature of our wilderness reserves and the centuries of history of our region will mingle for our greatest pleasure.

The Scamandre Nature Reserve is one of the greatest natural and cultural heritage of our region. Take a walk along the footpaths dedicated to the protection of the local fauna and flora: dear bird lovers, get ready to be amazed.

South of Nîmes is the Jeanjean olive grove, where Fabien, a great lover of taste, will take us on a tour of his olive grove and let us taste his best olive oils in a sun-drenched landscape.

With its 2000 years of history, Nîmes will seduce you with its beauty and its history. The architectural marvels of the previous centuries testify of a rich past and classify it among the most beautiful preserved sectors of France.

Let’s be ready to have our breath taken away on board your canoe… The landscapes of the Gard garrigue, along the superb route of the Gorges du Gardon, have many surprises in store for us.

Day 4: Know-how and traditions

Today’s program: culture and heritage! The Cevennes region is a great place to explore the traditions passed down from generation to generation.

Come on board for a real journey into the past by visiting the Silk Museum. Then head off to meet a local craftsman in his workshop, who will share his passion with us during a demonstration.

During a bucolic bike ride, let’s meet the winegrowers and enjoy the exceptional landscapes that the Cévennes Piedmont offers us, while tasting delicious wines.

Day 5 : Back to the roots

Three, two, one… switch off! Let’s enjoy the best that nature has to offer: delicious wines and beautiful landscapes, both during the day and at night.

A walk in the vineyards, a visit of the cellar and finally a tasting of the production: here is the perfect recipe to discover a wine estate.

Let’s go on a starry hike together. In search of new horizons, the setting sun gives way to a stargazing sky and allows us to observe the celestial vault that reveals itself to us.

Day 6 : Hidden treasures

Go in pursuit of some of the most beautiful sites in France. Whether it’s an unusual visit or a gourmet tour, the Hérault is full of surprises.

Come down the Hérault river on board our canoe, starting from one of the most beautiful villages in France, classified by UNESCO: Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert. An exploration of the wild banks of the river, and the heritage of its villages.

Let’s go to the gates of Montpellier, where the Cistercian Abbey of Valmagne is located. We will have the pleasure of tasting the wines and beers of this vineyard dating back to Roman times and maintained by the monks.

Day 7 : A sportive day

Sport is in the center of attention today: between walking and cycling, the landscapes we encounter today are only revealed to the most deserving.

The Pic de Vissou trail has many attractions: its geological, natural and landscape richness but also its vineyard. Let’s go along the kilometers of nature and taste the fruit of the wine growers’ harvest.

Ride a bike along the banks of the Salagou lake, between creeks and small beaches. Let’s escape in these superb and surprising landscapes of red earth and wine domains.

Day 8 : A last pedal stroke...

What better way to say goodbye to the Occitanie region than on a majestic mountain bike ride? Let’s enjoy these last moments together and… see you soon!

During this bike ride around the Palavasian ponds, we will discover the richness of the local fauna and flora but also a surprising heritage that will, without any doubt, blow us away.

The Domaine de Monteils is a place that is both timeless and in tune with current trends, where luxury is felt but not displayed. Here, we will be able to recharge our batteries thanks to the small attentions of Richard and Frederic, who go out of their way to ensure our comfort
