Let’s embark on the sailing boat “slow” for a route off the Vermeille coast. Crystal clear water, secret coves and a variety of landscapes are all part of this expedition. The Mediterranean holds no secrets for Eric, our captain, who has made it his mission to make us fall in love with his region.

On the coast, the listed site of Anse de Paulliles offers a wonderful landscape. Between the sea and the mountains, the terraced vineyards and the cork oak forests, let’s venture along the trail for a walk in the heart of a protected natural park.

As we arrive in Banyuls, we discover an authentic terroir: a vineyard that flows into the sea, centuries-old olive groves and picturesque hamlets. So much beauty that inspired the artist Aristide Maillol.

Day 6: When man and nature meet

Let’s dive into the heart of Gruissan, a magnificent city by the sea, which will make us live unique experiences through its traditions and its land.

Discover how salt is produced and harvested at the Salin de Gruissan, an activity that has shaped the landscape for thousands of years, and soak up the richness of the flora and fauna of these salty steppes.

During a walk in the vineyards, our guide, Alban, will help us to discover the secrets that allow the grapes to become wine: Let’s quench our thirst for curiosity and stroll along the paths of the land in a convivial way.
